Getting Inside Their Heads

Wouldn't it be wonderful to get inside the heads of the people who hit our sites looking for porn? While I'm sure that it would not be so helpful to see everything that goes on inside their brains imagine what you could do if you were able to see exactly what makes them want to reach for their plastic and sign up.
Think of all the sales you could make if only you knew what triggers existed that made porn surfers get out of the free lane and start paying for their porn. It would be wonderful to be able to know ... with some degree of certainty ... that if you showed them certain images or focused on certain niches ... you could make a fortune.
Of course it's highly unlikely that we will ever know what goes inside a porn surfer's brain to such a high degree that we can just turn the sales-tap on but it might be helpful if we at least knew what actually turned them on. What do they want to see ... what gives them the most buzz ... what type of sex gets them hard and horny?
There aren't too many surveys around that will give you that sort of information but there's one survey of around 9,000 people here in Australia that publishes their findings that's done every two years that might give you some clues as to what goes on inside the heads of people who are thinking about sex.
The latest results are out and they are worth looking at and maybe you can incorporate some of these findings into your marketing plan.
Banging your best friend's partner
Here in Australia mateship is supposed to be very important and screwing your mate's wife or partner is supposedly taboo ... but not according to the survey.
40% of those surveyed admitted that they were quite prepared to screw their mate's wife or partner and I'm sure ... from what some of my clients' told me when I was having fun a sex worker ... that a lot of those surveyed actually think about it but were reluctant to admit it.
So does any sponsor do a "banging your best friend's wife" website?
Becoming a porn star
Both men and women participated in the survey and 10% of those women who were surveyed admitted to wanting to feature in a porn movie. Only one in 10? Once again going back to my experience at the time I was running my own amateur site I'd say that a lot more of those women who were surveyed would have wanted to do it but were unwilling to admit it.
Women love sex and women like watching porn movies so who is doing a site featuring women who want to become a pornstar? It wouldn't just appeal to women ... a lot of men would want to watch that action too.
Sexiest people
And while we're thinking about women and sex what sort of worker turns women on? Well according to the survey women are turned on by tradesmen ... builders, plumbers, electricians ... and emergency service workers.
So what can you do with that little gem?
Position position
We're not talking real estate here ... we're talking sexual positions. It seems that a lot of people in the survey didn't know what the "Jackhammer" was . Do you know what that position is? Or how about the "Madam Butterfly"?
Does any sponsor produce a hardcore sex position site that might attract people because it looks as though it might be educational?
Threesomes
Threesomes have been around forever and according to the survey they're still as popular as ever. Lots of guys ... and more than a few women ... fantasize about being in a threesome and I can understand why. Some of the best sex I've ever had was in threesomes.
Obviously there are already a lot of sites out there that cater for people who want to see threesomes but that doesn't mean you can't make money from a seemingly saturated market. Look for something a little different in the way of threesomes and you could find yourself making a heap of money before everyone else turns up to flood the market.
Think about something like a group of girls who go round helping couples turn their threesome fantasies into reality ... something along that theme could really do well and it would appeal to both women and men.
Recently I've seen a couple of videos that were produced in Brazil that featured a very sexy babe, her male partner and a tranny with big boobs and a big cock. The action there was interesting to say the least and that's likely to appeal to those who want to see threesome action.
See ... once you get even a vague glimpse inside the heads of ordinary people you begin to see all sorts of possibilities for websites that might be very popular. Now all you have to do is find the content to match the fantasy.
